Independence to shape of slab

There is no any dependence for ICV on shape of slab. For example, for LDV, the surface must be perpendicular to the laser beam.

Large stand-off distance:  from 1600 to 4000 mm

It is important for several slab CCM. For CCM it is possible to place ICV on one side apart from strands.

Image Correlation Velocimeter is able to control the slab velocity, when distance to slab is changing very large.

It is easy possible to connect ICV interface to CCM control system

Low cost converter is able to convert RS485 interface pulses similar encoder.
